This site is designed primarily to present the photographs that I take while exploring Oklahoma. For each thing/place that I photograph, I attempt to provide a history and description. The historical information is derived from library and internet research. Any site that helped me build my historical information have been referenced...click the Links tab at the top of an article. As for photos, anything listed as "Photos by Roadside Oklahoma" were taken by me. These photos should not be reproduced or used elsewhere without my permission. As for other photos, I make the best effort possible to reference photo sources. If photos are from an individual, I will provide that reference above the photoset. Photos gathered from the Oklahoma Historical Society are also represented as such. If I have accidentally included your photo and have misrepresented the source, please contact me and I will cite the source appropriately or remove it as desired. Finally, every effort is made to keep information on this site accurate and up-to-date. However, this site should probably not be used as a primary source for any term paper, etc.
